FAQ Q. Are all your products genuine? A. Absolutely 100%. We never sell anything other than genuine brand items. Our products are sourced from our own factory.
Q. Do you provide free samples? A. Sorry, we don’t provide free samples.
Q. What if I can’t find a particular product? A. Products are being added daily to our site, so it’s possible that we stock it. If there’s a product you can’t see then either email info@refan.co.uk or fill out the enquiry form on the contact us page.
Q. Can I pay by cheque? A. Yes you can. Email or telephone your order through and post your cheque. Make cheques payable to Refan(UK) Ltd. Don't forget to include P&P!!
Q. Are my details secure? A. Absolutely, all the information that you provide when placing your order is stored in a secure location. We do not pass or use any of your information on to other parties.
Q. How long will it take to get my order? A. Goods will be received within 7 working days from date of ‘order confirmation’ depending on your local postal services. All orders are dispatched within 5 working days of an order being confirmed. Q. What do I do if the content of the package is not what I ordered? A. If we have sent you the wrong item them please accept our apology and we will take full responsibility for re-sending you the correct product. You must notify us within 48hrs so that we can arrange for the product to be returned and send you the correct item.
